The Home+ program is being redesigned to better meet the goals of health, comfort, safety, and savings. BayREN is phasing out the current rebate offerings. As of April 1st, 2024, rebate amounts have changed.
The program is expected to sunset by October 31st or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. Read more about the program changes.
